if you ever get pulled over by the cops for dui refuse everything. loose your license for a year. but then the state will have no choice to drop it to a wreckless or careless i forgot. i know quite a few that have done this. ya back in the day, but not so much anymore... a lawyer has more to fight with though if you dont blow... but it will be wreckless driving involving alcohol... but now it's you admit to be blowing a .2+
