youre missing a ground. should be black?
the one that runs to the headlights only serves the purpose of dimming the gauge at night. if you dont want them to dim you can just ground that out too for maximum brightness.

the one that goes to the ecu taps into the 02 sensor line. i forget the color. phearable has a pinout i believe in their tech section on their site
