Yeah, my 205k mile KA had a bad alternator at 186k. Other than that it was perfect.
The people that have problems with KA's are people who shouldnt be working on cars or the ones who bought other peoples hack job peices of shit.
Seriously, if you think the timing chain set up on a KA is difficult how do you epect to fair with a twin turbo inline 6? I'm not betting on you coming out on top in that fight.
