So the squeaking is the throwout bearing? I was thinking of just getting a new clutch overall soon (Exedy Stage1 + lightweight flywheel), so I might just wait.

Just to make it clear, when I press down on the clutch pedal the squeaking goes away, and as long as I keep it pressed down, it's gone. When I let it back up and it engages into gear again, the squeaking noise is there. And the raspy noise is only when I accelerate in gear.
