Why do you capitalize every letter like your quoting a book title?
Stroking is horrible for a honda IMHO, R/S ratio get's thrown off and makes the motor unstable at a high rpm, tends to push the piston horitzontal. Do a search on how important Rod/Stroke ratio is.
