Default Stroked Motor Build Up

O.K. I'm Going By Theory Here This Is What I Want To Do:

I Have A B16 Block (Bare) With Just A Crank That Looks To Be In Good Shape. All B Series Blocks Are Basically The Same When Refering To Sleeves Right?, I Belive And Correct Me If I'm Wrong Please, I Want To Re-Sleeve The B16 To 84.5mm Which Is The Largest That Normally You Could Do, Use 10.5 Or 11:1 Comp Pistons And Good Rods. That Should Do It For The Block Which Is The Only Thing That I'm Worried About Now.

Basically What I'm Saying Is:
Can You Put 84.5mm Sleeves In A "B16A1"?
If So, If You Were To Use A B17 Crank, Would That Add Any Displacement To It?
What Would Be The Best Compression To Use?

Is IT A Good Idea At All?
