Because I dont want to make anymore power. 550 on the street is enough, if I wanted more power I would have sleeved the block. This will be my DD so I mean its fine for now. BTW- I have a b16 crank, we just didnt want to rip apart the motor completely. Taking off the head wasnt a big deal, besides I needed a reason to get a Full Port, Polish and 5 angle valve job thanks to Griffin Performance
