Dont do the poly bushings with out doing the grease fitting mod, unless you want to tear everything apart every 3-4 months to regrease it. If you dont keep them greased they will be worse then the stock bushings and bind like a mother fucker and completly suck and do the exact opposite of what you wanted them for.

I did the ES poly bushings in my Z32 uprights with grease fittings and I loved them up untill I crashed my car. But every other bushing in my car is Sperical bearings.
