And? That matters not. You replace the rear end and install it with the brakes that are on it. Considering your car is a V6, I'd have to guess/assume that the V8 car's rear has larger brakes, which would be an upgrade for your car. All you'd need to do is unbolt your rear, toss it in the trash, and use your car's brake lines and bolt them to the calipers on the new rear. Oh, and hook up the e-brake cables from the car to the new rear end as well.
