here is a diagram of stock...just run it from the breather box through the pcv and to the open air(run a hose down behind the manifold to keep everything clean) and plug the vac port on the manifold....unless you mean the vacuum tank and not the breather...which ecu are you using? If your running a p28 you can eliminate a great deal of the vacuum mess, I usually run the breather as stated and eliminate the vacuum tank, secondary butterflies, and egr...and just leave the fpr going to the manifold and plug the evap....if you have any more questions let me know, I could always come take a look and tell you what you need to do...
