hey guys i had a question today i was driving normally and all of the sudden my clutch pedal stayed down, and now it it feels like if its disconnected or something broke, i have a B16 (CABLE TRANSMISSION) i went to the autopart and puschased a new slave cylinder that goes in front of the tranny with a rubber boot and i bleeded the lines but nothing the pedal is still free when i bleed the lines it hardend a little but still stays down, i was told by a friend of mines that its most probably the MASTER SLAVE CYLINDER that is on the car, has this happened to anyone before? anyone know the main moving parts in a cable tranny???

You just stated that you have a b16 cable trans.Cable tranny's are called cable because you use a cable to release the clutch.There is no hydraulics.sometimes you have to bleed it a shitload before you feel anything significant at the pedal.if your master is leaking there will be fluid under the dash soaked into the carpet most likely.
