I have the same problem, only when it acts up, the pedal becomes stiff and its obvious the clutch isnt fully disengaging, I am thinking a spring or something came loose in the clutch disc. WHen the car wont shift into gear, does turning the car off, pushing the clutch in a few times, and then restarting it fix the problem?
