Folks, I think we can stop beating the horse. The OP has not answered any of the important questions, and I doubt he will once he sees how much either of the proposals are. I have seen this time and time again. The guy buys a 7, wants Ferrari power on a Geo Metro budget. He posts up on a forum about buying the car. and gets a lot of questions like we have all posed at this point. He reads them, and thinks to himself we are all nuts, and there is no way that he can afford all of this stuff. So he tells his non-rotary buddies about what we have all said. Non-rotary buddy tells him we are all full of crap, and that he knows a friend of a guy that had a 600hp rotary that he only spent $500 to get that way. About 3-5 months from now one of two things will happen. One, there will be a post asking where to find a motor or other major part for the car is. Or two, there will be a for sale post getting rid of the car because he cannot afford the car anymore and they have too many issues. He will then want to trade for a 240, wrx, or Evo. So I will sit here with my popcorn and wait....
