93 non vtech 1.5. just changed the head and gaskets and what not. ive lined up up the cam marks with TDC and ive also adjusted the distributor. the car runs at high RPM but is bogging bad at low RPM. is there a way to put a timing light on the timing belt?

im also having a surging issue at idle wich just started happening. and after about 20 minutes of driving i get a CEL. i checked the radiator fluid and its at the top. could this also be related to the timing being off??
