When using aftermarket components, you should use a bore gauge, caliper, feeler gauges etc.
I have seen plenty of people assemble motors by relying on a machine shop to set their piston/wall clearances, then use plastigauge & feeler gauges for rings/bearings.
oo ok thanks... So can I use the specs to put together a ls or gsr on a b16? Or are they diffrent specs???
