That is one of the problems we are wanting to address with all our Tech forums and all our Moderator positions. While noone was stopping people from posting noone was encouraging it either.

Our new focus is for Moderators who will not only answer questions when they get asked but also post useful bit of tech knowledge as it come out and also drum up new users for their respective forums. Changes were being planned long before any action was taken, it just so happens that the Dodge Tech Forum was the first one to see them.
