For a $7-8K SC300. It'd probably need some stuff to make it right. I'm sure a power window motor, starter, tail light housing, brake caliber, etc would cost more than most non-premium brand cars. I dunno maybe I'm wrong. But I'd bet its cheaper to own and maintain a Mustang GT than a SC300. Unless you count the bald rear tires that you'll have with the Mustang. And the hit in insurance premiums with the GT, as most younger drivers would get slammed there.
Actually 7-8K buys you an SC300 in excellent shape. The power window motors aren't an issue on those cars and dont know why you would replace the tail light housing or the brake
calipers . Don't know where you are getting your info from on the SC300's..lol
