Ok, 1st thing. Running the V8 MAF with the stock injectors is causing a severly lean condition. I'm surprised you haven't burt it up if your driving it that way. The V8 MAF flows 25% more air than the SC300 MAF if you don't upgrade the injectors at the same time your ECU isn't going to know it's flowing that much more air and still provide the same amount of fuel. Thus causing it to be lean. Switch the MAF back and it'll probably run alot better.
Let me know if this fixes some things.
