Your fan has nothing to do with your thermostat.
Your issue could be your fan fuse, circuit or fan motor etc.
Start by jumping the fan switch plug & testing for voltage & ground.
mtber is right check the fuses first
Remember a fuse can be busted even without looking blown(the little metal connectors inside it look ok not broken) So I would try switching that out with one that you know works.
