doesn't matter mods or not, as long as he didn't set the car on fire himself then the claim would still be paid regardless of mods and such. lucky this happened on a road and not a track, that would be a different story. Insurance companies assume risk especially since FL does not require inspections. now all his mods will most likely not be covered unless he had the additional mods covered
