And again...Every administration is reliant on the previous administration. Who was in office before Clinton? Hmmm.... You see, it takes TIME for things to start looking better. It is not instant, and anyone who thinks that Obama will fix anything overnight will have to wait for the next administration to find out if anything was fixed. And of course, if things ARE fixed during Obama's administration, it will be because of Bush's policies, but Obama will get the glory.
