Your lungs have a natural filter in them, thus the car's emissions will be vastly reduced. Its completely normal the first time or two for you to black out. This could lead to you wrecking your fossil fuel burning ozone layer killing machine, which may or may not be your intent. If not, try it in the garage with the vehicle parked til you get used to your vehicles emissions.
