^^ y not? if its the old school one its just a copy of the itr manifold. which is a great idea on a stock engine. so is the itr tb. those are all decent bolt ons for stock motors. the next step he could take after that is a decent street or dyno tune. b16's can make good numbers if modded/tuned correctly.
