Chris was pretty close on stock 1/4 times. My '99 T/A went 13.5 @ 102 all day long with just a catback. Weighed 3550lbs, and runnin on 245/50/16 GSC's (crappy short times). The 2002's had a bit more balls, so I'd expect 13.2-13.4 @ 103-105mph most likely thru an automatic.
