well months ago my ground wire came off my amp and i was putting it back on and when i was screwing it down my friend decided to take my ebrake off and the car rolled and the screw driver touched the ground to the top of the amp and now the only way the amp will come on is if the screw driver is touching both the ground and the top side of the amp where it touched when the car rolled..

any way i can fix this?
