no external oil lines. The oil squirters can be used but they would need to be machined so that they sit lower somehow. If forged pistons are used the oil squirters are useless anyways since the forged pistons are very good at dissipating heat. Most builders block them off on race motors to raise oil pressure a bit for the rest of the motor. For a street motor it would definitely be nice to keep them but it isn't that vital IMO.
If you want to keep them install the crank and then the squirters and see what part it hits and then you might be able to mill it away a bit until everything clears. I think the bolt will be the only part that hits so if you mill it a bit and are really careful installing it you might be able to get it to work out. I'd still cap it though.
