Thanks, I knew id have your support with that. Good chance I wont get to take it that far or get back at them. Ive already made too many mistakes at this point.
You live and you learn right... If something comes up I will definitly contact you though.
I will probably pass by your shop sometime soon anyways, I just ordered my clutch setup tonight ( decieded to just go with the 2600 ) with all this shit going on doesnt look like Ill have the money for that 3rd gear but I am going to try to work hard at getting it while the trans is out so its a possibility. I need four new tires badly now but the cars going to be down for a couple weeks anyways so I will just hold off a little on new tires.

never, EVER take your car from ANYWHERE when works been done without giving it a once over. once you leave, all they have to say is "it wasn't like that when you left and that happened over the x number of days it was gone
Yea unfortunantly that may be a problem right there if we end up pursueing anything.
Admittingly I fucked up and I didnt inspect my car as thoroughly as I shouldve. Its funny because I did look at the tires, I got under the car, I popped the hood, etc but I STILL didnt see the nasty flatspots on the tires till after I got home.
Like I said the wheel was sitting ON the flatspots at the time I looked at it, plus the tires were covered in like white dust from the dirt it was dragged on but thats still my fault regardless.
I did sign the release ticket for my car, though it didnt have anything on it with any weird fine print regarding damages, it just had a box towards the bottom for driver/ vehicle owner notes and even if they tried to use that against me, its wack because I had to sign that for them to open the gate and me to get my car out anyways, so say there was a drivetrain problem I wouldnt have known till I drove off either way, so I dont know the technicalilities behind that.

But say I can get the secruity camera's proof they were improperly towing my car, then maybe... I mean the damage to the tires is evident that it was dragged x number of miles because from the looks of it, this shiesty money hungry tow truck company wont own up to anything...
My mom already has an attorney for some other shit so shes going to ask him what she can do regarding this and shes going to speak with the owner of the tow company and just see what they say.

At the very least they will be reported towards better business bureau
and that still goes against there company and that could be significant if theres already several bad reports against these guys prior to me...
