good to hear. next they need to crack down on DUI stuff. apparently, it isn't that harsh if half the people are getting off with "reckless", and the other half don't seem to mind paying since i know many people who have gotten one.
I wish the victims of DUI drivers could get compensation from the DUI perps through garnished wages.
Drive drunk - pay a fine to the government.
Drive drunk and hurt somebody - pay to the victims for the rest of your life.
