Guarantee the Cobra is a 500whp+ car,A stock GTR is gonna lose..a stock anything nearly is gonna lose.
BUT Boost Controller,Exhaust,Tune on the GTR..and let's see what happens.
And I'd still rather lose in the GTR,then win in the Cobra.
