keep in mind the 3 musts for combustion. fuel- that is an easy one to check. use a can of carb spray into the intake. if it tries to run or does run look into fuel problems. second Id try a compression check. if it shows good as well as the timing marks are aligned then it can only leave spark. spark can be tricky as it could be weak or sporadic.
