You're barking up the wrong tree, because I didn't make the statutes. You can read the statutes and interpret them yourself.
I'm not "riding" them. I'm seeing activities intended for them of questionable legality and the problem started with Joe's questionable fraudulent activity, so it's only fair to look at any legally questionable activities for JAPWorks' side.
If there's a violation of law, all involved should be held accountable to it, just as Joe should be legally held accountable for the portion he's found accountable.
