This puss guy has been shut down by various people on various pages but keep hating. I think he came late and wants a piece of the idiot fame that this thread is doling out. A lot of the original posters on this thread have blocked him so he gets to talk to someone else. If you look at his posts he asks the same questions that have been answered and skates around the ones directed toward him. I think a lot of people feel sorry for him and dont post about his ignorance. I dont know the guy but would like to know why he is hating on this shop so hard. I have my theories.

The "raffle" of the timing belt cover required participants to PURCHASE the tickets in order to become eligible to win and the recipient of the proceeds is in no way 501(c) NPO.
You're barking up the wrong tree, because I didn't make the statutes. You can read the statutes and interpret them yourself.
I'm not "riding" them. I'm seeing activities intended for them of questionable legality and the problem started with Joe's questionable fraudulent activity, so it's only fair to look at any legally questionable activities for JAPWorks' side.
If there's a violation of law, all involved should be held accountable to it, just as Joe should be legally held accountable for the portion he's found accountable.
