bro they are for different shocks people use, you only use like two rubber Orings on each shock, use the fatt ones if you have stock struts/shocks, you slide one down about 2 inches from the bottom so when you slide the threaded sleeve over it, it stays stable, then use one at the top, if you dont it will rattle all over and split the perch(bad)....make sure you trim the bump stops, and for gods sake dont put the top cover of the shock back on(the part that slides over the rod) or you will have to take it all back off, cause the car will sit on it,a nd wont lower down
