actually it all depends on what they want to do. Yes it is a civil manner but he can still be arrested on many different charges. Not saying that is what's going to happen.
All I want to see is the shop come out on top either by owning the car or getting payment. Joe needs to pay for his mistakes and misdeeds. I'm not saying that he can't change. Give him even a year in County and it will be much better off then the probation he was on before.
People are capable of learning sometimes they just need some tough love. I'd suggest that to his mother but it's not my place and I really don't want to bring them into this so i'll leave it at that
