I have an '02 SE-R non Spec V and its pretty fast stock. On a good day I can make 15.7's. This is on stock rubber and everything too. But I would definitely reccomend that you get the Spec. I've seen ones with I/E run 14.7-14.8's. And max all motor HP Ive heard of is SCC's Rally Spec that laid down 176.
