To make a long story short: the car is the subject, that's that. The only background is the only part of an image that the photographer gets to choose, right?

On the other hand, I agree with what you're saying which is why you don't see me posting seventeen shots of one location. Part of being good at photography is knowing when your shots are good and when they should be cut.
