i got my 91 when i was 16 (now 17). mines got quite a bit of mods too it, and its def enough car for me. you always want more, but its plenty as is. as long as he respects the car, and understands the potential risk of doing something retarded he should be fine. all the work done to my car was done by myself, so i have alot of pride in it. that goes a long way in thinking something over before doing it. i would never consider doing something i felt jeopardized the car or myself mainly because of the amount of work i have in it.
