brandon.... ANY oem piston is weaker than a forged one. doesnt matter what it is. what these guys are tellin you to do is basically either run all oem stuff or upgrade to forged pistons with the forged rods, or put a forged piston on an oem rod. your wastin time tryin to get ctr pistons onto those forged rods.

my vote, buy some p30 (jdm b16) pistons and have them pressed onto some stock ls rods with arp rod bolts. if assembled correctly that will hold a decent shot of the sissy juice no problem. but still the pistons are the weak point. if you dont do that then at least sell the rods n get some forged pistons instead. runnin forged rods in this setup isnt doing you any good.
