ctr pistons will put u into the 12's. ITR pistons will not. use a compression calculator if you dont believe us. your wasting your time with those rods. u might as well sell those and get forged pistons. the oem pistons are much more proned to problems than the stock rods. we are givin u advise man. if ur gonna go n/a with spray u would be better off using forged pistons on oem rods. with arp bolts your not going to spin a bearing.
with a b16 head and ctr pistons your at 11.9:1 compression, and with a gsr head its 12.2:1 compression. with the usdm itr pistons its 11.0:1 with a gsr head and 10.8:1 with a b16 head. jdm itr will be slightly higher and b16 pistons will be a tad higher than jdm type r's as well. i used this to figure it all out

u can either fully build it or just rebuild with oem parts. either way there isnt gonna be a problem with your bottom end. mynes been running for just about a year now and its been beat on regularly....all oem too. but there shouldnt be an in-between in building a motor. u either go all forged or all oem. the only exception is forged pistons on stock rods. :end rant:
