the turbo'd motor will make more power than the nitrous setup and its puts less strain on your daily driven motor when not in boost. right now i have an ls/vtec turbo setup in a full interior civic si, it took a little time to get it right but it runs perfect right now and i have no problems other than my busted ass tranny. a 12 second track time will be very easy to do with 12psi in your car
if u plan on going nitrous with high compression i would also recommened SS valves and a bit more than a 50 shot because that will not yield nearly as much power as the turbo motor and wont get u into the 12's in a full bodied teg.
boost is better but more expensive
