Yeah...Whats to say a little slip didnt help him out in that run? Ive seen cars dead hook or have a hard clutch fall on theyre face. Since it was able to rev more freely it stayed high up in the Rpm's. Though it will put more power down with a better clutch it might not go to his advantage. I know this is not in every case I'm just saying Ive seen it happen.
