clean water really is not scarce, cruise ships and Navy ships desal water daily without problem. Letting politicians get involved in desal plants are the probelm.
Hydrogen fuel cell cars are electric cars. The fuel cell creates electricity. If you are talking about electric cars that you plug into the wall to charge, where does the electricity come from? A power plant, can't wait to get the power bill here in the next few months, power costs go up with the increase of oil costs. Better start building some nuke power plants.
