But I think it's kinda hard to compare cars equiped to the "T" with electronics/cars that are actually controlled via the driver with the aircraft of yesteryear/today because the two are entirely different animals. Pit a P51 against an F15/16/22 (all inferior due to their dependance on electronics based on your argument) and see who wins
i think that would depend on the fight...in limited airspace(in canyons and down low)the old 51 would probably do better than you might think.keep in mind too that the 51 could fly off of grass runways with minimal maintenance.
