I wish we only had to spend 50 bucks...
so far, between bodywork, bondo, sandpaper, tape, paper, misc prep, we've spent 350 bucks. and that only brought us up to the first coat of primer...
Yeah I know, at that pointyou could have just paid someone else to do it... but words can't describe the amount of body work damage there was. We had it estimated at over 3,500 bucks to get the major stuff done. That wasn't including all of the little spots you find once you start sanding...
Tomorrow we're gonna talk to a body/paint shop to get a little bit better estimate, including the paint job, just to get an idea of the difference in cost...
