the only "correct" way is to buy a brand new oem bumper and get it primed and painted....but i dont thats what you wanna do. hahaha

as long as its not gonna come off again it doesnt really matter. the "original" ghetto rig might hold it for months. and a sheet metal screw with a washer on it along with the ghetto rigging might hold it for years.
