Well of course, but mostly older Honda's are the ones that people mod, most of them can't afford a new Honda. And most new Honda's are overweight and underpowered and parts are getting too expensive. It pretty bad when I can get a used EVO VIII/IX for the same price as an Si and have better performance and a better car in general IMO, well except for like daily driving gas mileage
But its not as if any of his mods caused his parts to fail, it was technician error and they should step up and replace it. With his problem right now, this is where a lawyer will help him A LOT. Dealerships don't want to fix anything for free they don't have to.
