After I finished coding my website I realized I obviously have to populate the thing with my images. I looked through my images for about two hours and realized that I've really been focusing too much on cars lately. Today I started the long road to recovery, and these are my latest attempts.
From the city's website: Built in 1928, the Snell Arcade is a fine example of Mediterranean Revival architecture and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The property is significant for its association with C. Perry Snell, who was instrumental in the development of St. Petersburg in the early part of the twentieth century and Richard Kiehnel, a noteworthy architect who is reputed to have inaugurated the Mediterranean Revival style in Florida. I really hope to continue documenting some of these places and things that are St. Petersburg's landmarks. If I do get out there and make a collection of these images as I'd like - I'm gonna make a whole thread for it. Till then, this will have to do. Hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them.
