I've actually been going to the gym for a week now (waking up at 5:15am sucks) and will start my old lifting routing again next week (1 hour cardio in the morning, 1 hour lifting in the evening, 1 mile walk after dinner). This is actually for the express purpose of being able to enjoy riding as much as possible.

As far as bikes go, Im just looking for something to enjoy until I can get the $$$ up for a KTM RC8. I'd like something with enough power to haul me around while I do the years long process of sloughing off the pounds. The lightest I will be able to get (healthily) is about 210-220 (I have a big frame), so I think looking at the larger bikes is realistic for me.
