wouldn't a turbo kit still be the cost of an I/H/E since you pretty much have to replace those peices in order to turbo the car properly?
And then factor in the cost of the turbo, plus the cost of the ECU to control it all, plus the cost of bigger injectors, plus the cost of the intercooler... etc
