spark plugs are all getting spark and they are all new.
the engine was in an auto teg that was swapped out with something else and it was running.
timing is right on point.
as for the spark plug order, i will check that in the morning.
the only thing that i think MIGHT have something to do with the car not starting is a gut feeling with the harness for some reason.....

Well if the vehicle is getting spark & fuel it must be the firing order or possibly clogged injectors or no noid signal etc. (presuming your only checking for fuel pressure at the rail.)
If there was something wrong with the harness, the vehicle would usually still start or throw a solid code etc.
Again, its hard to tell without seeing the vehicle in person.
